Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates and Methods
We strive to deliver your purchase safely and efficiently. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of the item(s), and the selected shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:
- Shipping within Norway
- International Shipping
For large or delicate pieces, special care may be required, and additional shipping charges may apply. These will be clearly communicated before your order is processed.
2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2 business days. If the artwork is custom or made-to-order, please refer to the product description for additional processing time.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days
- International Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or carrier issues.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but international shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes may vary depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the total cost of the product. Please check with your local customs office for further information on additional fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at moumonde@moumonde.co with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your new artwork! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at moumonde@moumonde.co with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different piece of artwork, please contact us at moumonde@moumonde.co. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be communicated before processing the exchange. You are responsible for return shipping fees for the original item, as well as any additional shipping fees for the exchanged item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or commissioned artwork
- Digital downloads or virtual products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is not due to damage or a defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable artwork, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
